Most businesses wouldn’t function without the electrical power, communications, lighting, and control systems that electricians are skilled in installing and maintaining. Similar to industries like healthcare, it’s an industry that is not likely to ever go away. Not to mention that it has a growing demand for skilled professionals. In fact, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the job outlook for electricians is growing much faster than average.

• Installing and maintaining wiring, control, and lighting systems in homes, businesses, and factories
• Reading blueprints and technical diagrams
• Inspecting electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, and identifying problems using a variety of testing devices
• Repairing and replacing wiring, equipment, and fixtures
• Following state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code

At Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­, we believe our instructors are just as important as our curriculum. That’s why we have a dedicated team of instructors with real-world experience. As a student in the Electrician program, you’ll be getting both classroom and hands-on instruction to help prepare you for real-world situations. You’ll be trained in all the essentials of electrical safety and theory, National Electric Code (NEC) application, wiring and power distribution, AC & DC machines and motors, commercial installation, electrical circuits, green electricity and more. You’ll also learn valuable people and communication skills to help you go even further in your career!
